Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nexora, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Nexora is a task management platform that allows users to efficiently manage clients, tasks, and organizational workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Nexora platform are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully — it describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

7. Google Services & Third-Party Integrations

Authorization & Consent

Nexora offers an optional integration with Google Drive. By connecting your Google account, you explicitly authorize Nexora to access and act on your Google Drive data through the OAuth 2.0 scopes described in our Privacy Policy. This authorization is voluntary — you may revoke it at any time without affecting your ability to use Nexora with other storage providers.

Google's Own Terms

When you connect Google Drive, your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Nexora has no control over Google's services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices.

Limited Use

Nexora's access to Google user data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the file-management features you request and is never used for advertising, profiling, or training AI/ML models.

Your Credentials

Each organization connects Google Drive using its own Google Cloud Platform OAuth credentials (Client ID and Client Secret). You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs through your connected Google account.

Revoking Access

You may disconnect the Google Drive integration at any time via Organization Settings. You may also revoke Nexora's access directly through Google Account Permissions. Upon disconnection, all stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexora is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
